There's a place in Breckenridge, CO we always go for crepes for breakfast, lunch or (and) dinner. Crepes are easy and fast because you can make the batter the night before, you probably already have all the ingredients and you can fill them with ANYTHING. I made a blackberry and clotted cream crepe and a Nutella crepe for breakfast this morning but you can fill them with ham, eggs, cheese, turkey, spinach, fruit, etc. to make it a lunch crepe. I just used a recipe I found on Pinterest (it's pinned to my "breakfast" page). Seriously, the hardest part about making these is flipping the crepe in the pan. Oh and the grocery store used to sell crepes pre-made but I haven't been able to find then lately so if you see them let me know!!! #dfwlunchswap

I'm posting this as a reminder to myself but also for anyone else who eats lunch at home and is looking for new ideas. This was so easy. Market Street's Jalapeño Pimento Cheese Dip on sourdough bread pressed in the panini maker for 3 minutes with a side of raspberry preserves (for dipping the sandwich), blackberries and Baked Layes. Use #dfwlunchswap to post your own ideas...I'd love to see them! And don't forget the recipe (if necessary)! #husbandapproved

This week we lost my Grandpa Paul after a 2 year battle with Alzheimer's. I'm so thankful that he never forgot who we were before he passed. He even remembered Everly. I love you Grandpa Paul! You will always be my favorite Santa! #tbt
